The following privacy policy outlines TRUBLUE LLC’s collection, use and sharing of your data when you access or use our websites, use our online store to purchase items, attend any of our events, view and interact with our social media, or interact with our company otherwise.

TRUBLUE LLC does business as “Head Rush Technologies” and may be referred to as either of these names throughout our website and this privacy policy.

WHAT DATA IS BEING COLLECTED?

We may retain previous data for business purposes or those required by law.

Personal Communications: You may opt out of receiving promotional communications from TRUBLUE by following the instructions in the communications received or changing your preferences by clicking the "Newsletter Subscriptions" link in your account. If you opt out of receiving promotional communications, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as emails about your purchases, account, membership or our ongoing business relations.

Location Information. The settings of your Internet browser or mobile device may allow you to stop sharing your precise location with TRUBLUE or others.
